Subject to availability, you can rent your look up to 5 days in advance of your party date. Exclusive place cards need to be ordered at least 10 days in advance of your party date.

We know some plans are made at the last minute, but that doesn’t mean your table cannot look the part. Write to us at with details of your party and we’ll check if we can turn your table.

All our products are cleaned after every use. Our dishware – china, flatware and glassware are washed, sanitized and dried by hand. All our table linen is professionally laundered.

Not at the moment. However, it’s something we’re working on and if you really love something, just let us know and we’ll see if we can help you out.

Unfortunately, no. We do not allow customization of looks at the moment.

We know how LIT a table looks with candles. Dripless taper candles are included in all our looks, and contrary to what the name suggests, they still do drip. Please use under each candleholder the candle plates we provide, to ensure no hot wax makes its way down to the tablecloth or table runners. Please note that our tableware and table linen is not heat, flame or wax resistant.

Was your party a big hit? Can’t flaunt your table enough? Write to us at, and subject to availability, we can work out an extension.

If you cancel thirty or more days in advance of the event date, there will be no cancellation fee and you will receive a refund for the order (minus the payment transaction charges). If you cancel less than thirty days but more than fourteen days in advance of the event date, you will receive a promo code with the value of your order minus a 10% restocking fee. This promo code can be applied to any future rental. You may not cancel fourteen or fewer days in advance of the event date. However, if you have an emergency or an unforeseen situation come up, please email us at to see what we can do to help.

In true Turning Tables style, you host and we deliver! Our delivery and collection fees are $40 per order. Should you wish to self-collect and drop off your rental look, please choose the relevant option at checkout. We are at 1 North Bridge Road, 16-08 High Street Centre, Singapore 179094.

We aim to deliver your rental a day before your party, and collect it the day after. In unforeseen circumstances, if we’re unable to deliver a day before, we will still have it delivered well in time for your event.

If anything should arrive damaged or broken, write to us at or WhatsApp us at +65 97535600 within 6 hours of receiving it, with pictures of the damaged product. We will make sure you receive a replacement before your party.

We’ve all broken a thing or two when things go wild at a party. If yours turns out to be one such party and if something from your rental is broken or damaged, write to us as soon as possible at or WhatsApp us at +65 97535600 with pictures and details. You will be charged a repair or replacement charge for the product, as determined by us.

Your Turning Tables look comes with a detailed checklist. You should check off each item on the list when you receive your order and check off items against the list to determine which ones to return and which ones to keep (taper candles, placecards and customized menus).

We ask you to gently soap-rinse all the plates, glassware and flatware after your party, to get rid of food particles, sauces and liquids that might stain the dinnerware. Please do not put them in a dishwasher as our products are not dishwasher friendly.

Dust off all the food particles from the table linen – tablecloths, runners and napkins. In case of heavily soiled and stained table linen, a cleaning or replacement fee may be charged. Please remove all the excess wax from the candleholders and wrap them in the butter paper provided before you pack them in their original packaging case.

Please repack all the items in their originalpackaging as they were sent to youand arrange them in the Turning Tables box. We will have it collected the day after your party.

If you’ve opted for doorstep delivery and collection, our delivery team will collect the order the day after your event. Please have the products cleaned and packed in their original packaging case, ready for collection. In case of self-collections and drop-offs, the TT box must be returned within the timeframe agreed, the day after the event. In case of any delays, or if the boxes are not ready for collection when our delivery team arrives, you will be charged a re-delivery and pick up charge of $40.
